We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to support the delivery of a major commercial refurbishment project in London Bridge involving the full refurbishment of a 10-storey commercial office building with an MEP value of approximately £35 million.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced project team delivering a large-scale refurbishment scheme within a high-profile commercial environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the electrical pre-construction and project delivery functions, ensuring technical compliance, programme alignment, and coordination across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibility

  • Lead and coordinate electrical pre-construction activities
  • Review and coordinate technical drawings and design information
  • Prepare technical submissions and project documentation
  • Produce scopes of work for subcontract packages
  • Liaise with project management, consultants, subcontractors, and delivery teams
  • Support procurement and package development activities
  • Assist with programme coordination and technical risk management
  • Ensure technical compliance throughout the project lifecycle

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Engineer within construction projects
